Centra Castletymon is part of a portfolio of 12 stores owned by the client. The project involved redeveloping a former library into a modern convenience store in a busy urban setting.

The main challenges included securing a high-footfall retail space while preserving the building’s unique architecture. Accessibility and fire safety compliance were essential. The draught lobby needed to minimise heat loss and reduce the time the door is open.
