Tesco was opening a new unit within the Crescent Shopping Centre. Previously, Tesco operated two separate units – one for clothing and one for groceries – located on opposite sides of the shopping centre. The availability of a unit adjacent to the food store presented an opportunity to relocate the clothing department, allowing both units to be positioned side by side for improved customer convenience.
